PROGRAM HISTORY
Abundant Living Foundation began offering Prevent T2, a proven program to prevent or delay type 2 diabetes, in November 2022.
Our mission is to screen, educate, and serve individuals with prediabetes in underserved communities by providing health awareness and healthy lifestyle options. Our vision aligns with the National Diabetes Prevention Program by addressing eating habits, exercise, sleep, and stress reduction to reduce obesity, excess weight, and prediabetes.
Founder and CEO Dr. E. Sabrinah Dorce has served as a community health care advocate for nearly 20 years, including work in faith-based communities and with the Association of Black Cardiologists' C.H.O.I.C.E.S. Program and the National Kidney Foundation's KEEP Program.
